Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, member of the presiding board of Iran’s Assembly of Experts, member of the Supreme Council of Islamic Seminaries, and professor of advanced jurisprudence at the Qom Seminary, issued a major statement declaring steadfastness against the Zionist-American enemy an absolute duty.
The senior cleric stated that the free people of the region are obligated not to remain silent in the face of the Zionist-American enemy's aggression—particularly after this enemy launched an assault on the greatest Islamic authority and religious figure, the Leader of the Ummah and the great martyr, Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei.
Ayatollah Araki underscored that any measure leading to the weakening of the resistance spirit among the region's nations is religiously forbidden. He stressed that disarming the resistance forces is precisely the weakening of the resistance and constitutes aiding the arrogant powers and the belligerent infidels, especially the Zionist-American arrogance.

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
At a time when Zionist and American domination stands on the verge of collapse, the American arrogance has initiated a conspiracy to disarm the courageous holy warriors in Iraq and Lebanon, aiming first to weaken the resistance forces and then, by shattering the spirit of dignity and independence among the peoples of the region, to pave the way for full-scale colonial domination over all these lands. Accordingly, we announce the following:
First:
Any action that leads to the weakening of the resistance spirit among the nations of the region is religiously forbidden. Without a doubt, disarming the resistance forces is the very embodiment of weakening the resistance and amounts to aiding the arrogant powers and the belligerent infidels, particularly the Zionist-American arrogance.
Second:
It is incumbent upon the free people of the region not to remain silent in the face of the Zionist-American enemy's aggression, especially after this enemy transgressively attacked the greatest Islamic authority and religious figure—the Leader of the Ummah and the great martyr, Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei.
Third:
The American enemy is a belligerent infidel, and waging jihad against it with full force is an obligation upon every free believer who adheres to the rulings of Islam. Attacking American interests wherever they may be, and confronting those who serve American power, is a religious duty for anyone who possesses the ability to do so.
